2.1 Deliveries are made the next
working day subject to stock availability (Mon-Fri) on all orders
excluding furniture (3-5 days).
2.2 Items out of stock are marked as ‘to follows’ and
will be delivered free of charge when in stock

2.3 Furniture items including
chairs will in most cases be delivered either flat packed or in several
composite boxes, in these cases assembly is required by the customer.

2.4 Any damaged or incorrect
item must be reported within 24 hours in order to receive full credit
or replacement product.

2.5 Unwanted or incorrectly ordered
items will be credited in full (except furniture items) and collected
only if reported within 10 working days, any returns request received
after 10 working days will only be subject to a partial credit.

2.6 unwanted furniture items
will be subject to a 20% reduction in credit due to handling costs.

2.7 All returns requests must
be made via email stating product code , reason for return, packing
slip number and any special instructions.
2.8 All packaging and boxes must be intact and in a resalable condition
to receive full credit.

2.9 due to legal reasons no returns
requests can be accepted for food and beverage items unless damaged
or sent incorrectly.

2.10 we may where the need arises
swap a product if the product(s) ordered is/are out of stock i.e.
a ‘blue hole punch is ordered and only a black one is in stock’-
we reserve the right to substitute these cases without prior contact
in and effort to fulfill the order, we will only ever swap for a product
of equivalent if not better quality than that ordered.

2.11 All deliveries are made
by third party carriers selected using strict criteria and tender
legislation, drivers and agency drivers represent the carrier company
whilst delivering and not Officeprofiles.

2.12 Delivery is free of charge
on all orders over £30 + VAT, any order below this value will
be subject to a £6.95 + VAT delivery charge.

2.13 All orders are packaged
and sealed in a secure warehouse environment and contain relevant
delivery notes that correspond with the products enclosed.
2.14 All deliveries require a signature, please ensure that someone
is at the given delivery address between 8.30am and 5.30pm. If someone
is not going to be available to sign for the goods then an alternative
delivery address should be given where a signature can be obtained by
the courier. Orders placed that fail delivery will be subject to a partial
credit to cover carriage costs.
