Delivery is free of charge on orders over £50 + VAT

We deliver to mainland UK, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight

Every delivery requires a signature so please ensure that someone is available to sign for it.

Unfortunately at this moment we DO NOT deliver to the Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man, the Scilly Isles or the Channel Islands.

We DO NOT deliver to PO Box’s.

Remote postcodes are very occasionally subject to an additional delivery charge – if yours is one of these we will always contact you for approval before proceeding with your order.

Please be aware that our deliveries are carried out by third party carriers, the delivery driver can only deliver to the address and relevant floor number stated on your order. Please make sure you fill in the correct delivery point when placing your order.

Furniture items can only be delivered to the ground floor due to carrier stipulations.  All furniture items are delivered by separate carriers and are delivered in 3/5 days (depending on stock).

We deliver Safes free of charge to ground floor points; please ensure there are no steps, narrows doors etc as these will require specialist delivery teams and not our usual carriers. Special deliveries on safes and deliveries to higher floors will be subject to an additional charge – please advise us of any such details when ordering safes.
