Is your mailing heavy? Perhaps a heavier weight version may be needed. Are there many documents to mail? If so many of the popular sizes of envelopes that we offer at Officeprofiles are also available with a gusset (this means the envelope will expand to accommodate several more contents or even things like catalogues). What is the smallest size your documents can be? Since the introduction in the UK of the pricing in proportion, postage costs are now affected not just by the weight of your mailing but also by the size.
It’s well worth considering if you can fold your documents that perhaps you would normally put in a C4 envelope so you can use a C5 envelope – this is half the size of the C4 and can help to reduce you mailing costs. Which seal would like? There are three main types of closure available on the Officeprofiles site; Gummed – this style of closure requires a dry adhesive area on the envelopes to be moistened in order to seal. Self Seal – these envelopes have adhesive on both parts of the envelope flap that when pressed together form a bond to seal the mailing. Peel & seal – this sealing method has a protective tape concealing the adhesive strip. Once removed the flap can be pressed down to seal the contents securely.
