How to choose the correct Book or Pad.
Look at your office, what do you need to record, write down or list within your office?
Always have post it notes handy – they come in handy in EVERY SINGLE office – like them of loath them they do exactly what they need to when it comes to reminding you of your notes/messages.
Shorthand pads or memo pads also are mainstays of nearly every busy office – shorthand pads are smaller and easier to pop in and out of your drawer whereas memo pads are better kept on the desk and handy at all times for longer note taking.
If you are in need of accounts pads then look very carefully at the options, do you need a pad or would an accounts books be better? Make sure that you have covered all the bases when it comes to the columns needed – the more time you spend making sure you have the correct columns the better chance you have of making sure you get the most from your accounts book or pad.
Make sure you have pens – it’s no good having something to write on without have something to write with!
Remember; if you wish to carry your memo pads around with you or take them off site then perhaps refill pads would be better as they come pre-drilled with holes so that you can store them in a sales portfolio or ring binder.
